How to redeem your $5 PS.Cafe voucher 

1. Upon purchasing Our Truffle Oil! Please retain both your Cold Storage receipt and the outer sleeve from your truffle oil packaging. This sleeve displays a unique serial number which we will need to verify upon redemption.

2. Once you’re ready to redeem your voucher head to your favourite PS.Cafe outlet (we advise to make a booking in advance) and enjoy a yummy meal. At the point of payment please present to our staff both the outer sleeve from your truffle oil packaging and the corresponding Cold Storage receipt.

3. Upon successful verification (please note the outer sleeve from your truffle oil packaging will be kept by our staff as part of the redemption process) your $5 voucher will be deducted from your bill.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our Truffle Oil $5 voucher is valid at all PS.Cafe outlets except PS.Cafe Petit.

2. Redeemable for dine-in food and drinks only, excluding all retail products and bottled wines and spirits.

3. This voucher is non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of monies.

4. No refunds will be issued for partial redemption.

5. The management reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. This offer and voucher is valid till 31st December 2022.

7. Only one voucher may be deemed per bill/dining session.

8. Guests must present both the outer sleeve of Our Truffle Oil packaging which clearly shows the voucher serial number as well as the corresponding receipt from Cold Storage, which displays the purchase of Our Truffle Oil. Redemption of the voucher will strictly not be possible unless both of these items are presented to PS.Cafe staff.

9. Upon redeeming the voucher, the guest consents to PSGourmet Pte Ltd retaining the outer sleeve of the truffle oil packaging in order to complete the redemption process.

10. The Cold Storage receipt must clearly display the purchase of Our Truffle Oil 250ml bottle. Receipts displaying purchase of Our Truffle Oil 100ml bottle are not valid for redemption.

11. Upon redeeming the voucher, the guest consents to providing PSGourmet Pte Ltd their full name and telephone contacts for its official records.

12. The management reserves the right to refuse redemption of this voucher if the terms and conditions laid out above are not fully observed.
