New Year’s Eve Countdown

On New Year's Eve, savour modern Japanese dishes and breathtaking waterfront views at Jypsy's One Fullerton space.

For one evening only, we will be serving a special set menu crafted for new beginnings, and best enjoyed with breezy fireworks over the bay.

Note: All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposits are based on standard indoor seating. A top-up fee is required as there will be different pricing for outdoor (non-waterfront) and waterfront seating, subject to availability.

For 31/12/2025, please note that Jypsy One Fullerton is serving a Set Menu only. À la carte not available. Menu and pricing varies by seating area.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Cancellation Policy: For any cancellation made before 7 days prior to the event, the following charges apply: 50% of the paid deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee, and A 5% bank administration fee will apply. Therefore, only 45% of the deposit will be refundable.

• Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations made within 7 days (1 week) prior to the event,  100% of the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation charge.

• Reservations with Children: For bookings that include children, please call us directly to make your reservation. This helps prevent any issues with the payment mode or deposit.

• Reservation Advisory: We strongly encourage guests to call us directly to clarify any details before making a booking and paying the deposit.
