From 18 September to 11 October, discover the Café Mademoiselle experience at PS.Cafe One Fullerton and Palais Renaissance. A limited-time bespoke menu where fragrance notes of bergamot, grapefruit, jasmine, rose and vanilla are reimagined through flavour, texture and French cafe classics. Each dish and drink offers a different expression, brought to life through unexpected pairings and thoughtful details.
