Join us to enjoy the best of old and new South America, with Chilean godfather of wine, Cousino-Macul and the new kid on the Argentinian block, TintoNegro.
Founded in 1856, Cousiño Macul is the only winery in Chile amongst those established in the 19th century that continues in the hands of the original founding family. Conversely, TintoNegro, meaning black wine in Spanish, celebrates the essence of Malbec in Mendoza and is the enterprising start-up of three friends (dare we call them amigos?) who honed their skills together at the formidable Bodega Catena Zapata.
Together, its a Tiong Bahru/ Take Over!

TB/TO (Tiong Bahru/ Take Over) - is a series where owners and winemakers of brands that we love, come by and do a Take Over of our Tiong Bahru outlet. These producers work exclusively with our Retail & Beverage Manager, Sam Herde. For one night only, enjoy their expanded range over the bar, giving you an exclusive opportunity to try and buy the finest and sometimes rarest of libations.
